PREZANTIM: Juniku, një qasje unike kosovare e zhvillimit hapësinor bazuar në trashëgiminë kulturore e natyrore dhe planifikimin me kapacitete vendore.

Nga një fshat pjesërisht i shkatërruar në vitin 1999, Juniku është sot një Komunë pararojë për sa i përket planifikimit hapësinor dhe politikave të zhvillimit territorial të bazuara tek asetet kulturore dhe natyrore. Pas një sërë prezantimesh ndërkombëtare të rastit të Junikut, aktorë të ndryshëm të kësaj historie suksesi vijnë edhe në Tiranë për të folur për këtë eksperiencë.

Prezantimi do të përfshij disa tematika si  :

·         Projektet e restaurimit,

·         workshope te ideve,

·         hartimi i planeve të zhvillimit : komuna / urbane / rregullative,

·         metodologjia e planifikimit me forca lokale,

·         vënia në jetë e planeve nëpërmjet projekteve kapitale dhe iniciativave të ndryshme, përvoja të cilat do të shpalosen nga vetë bartësit dhe nismëtarët e këtyre proceseve.

·         shtatë plane territoriale të integruara nën drejtimin e CHwB, dy prej të cilave me ekspertizën e U_POLIS & Metro_POLIS.

POLIS University & CHwB culture without borders, have the pleasure to invite you :

PRESENTATION : Junik, a unique Kosovo approach on the spatial development which is based on natural and cultural heritage and on  local capacity planning .

Monday, April 23^rd  2012 , POLIS University, at 17:00-19:00.

   

From a village partially destroyed in 1999, Junik is today a municipality, forerunner  in terms of spatial planning and territorial development policies based on cultural and natural  assets. After a series of international presentations of the Junik case, different actors of this success story are coming in Tirana to talk about this experience.

The presentation will include several topics such as :

·         restoration projects,

·         idea workshops,

·         drafts of different plans such as  municipality /urban / regulatory  

·         planning methodology with local forces,

·         implementation of capital projects and plans through various initiatives, experiences that will be disclosed by the providers and the initiators of these processes.

·         seven of integrated territorial plans under the direction of CHwB, two of them with the expertise of U_POLIS & Metro_POLIS.
