Universiteti POLIS vendosi qe aktivitetin e radhes t`ia dedikoje nje turi profesional ne Kosove.  Ne kete tur do te marrin pjese studente dhe profesore te U_POLIS, te cilet do te kryejne vizita dhe prezantime ne  pika startegjike per nga aspekti arkitektonik dhe urban. Kjo eshte nje tjeter nisme ne kuader te “VIA ADRIATICA” e cila synon te njohe studentet me karakteristika te rajonit dhe gjithashtu te stimuloje frymen e bashkepunimit ndermjet U_POLIS dhe strukturave arsimore ne Kosove.

MASTERS OPENING CEREMONY & DELIVERY OF MATRA CERTIFICATES

We are pleased to invite you to attend the Master's Opening Ceremony and Delivery of MATRA certificates.

As already announced the ceremony will take place at U_POLIS premises on November 19^th , 2011; 10.00 hrs according to the schedule below.

The ceremony  will be attended by the Ambassador of Netherlands in Tirana (to be  confirmed), the IHS Deputy Director, the Rector of U_POLIS and the Co-PLAN  Director.

10.00: Opening and Moderation by Dritan Shutina, Director Co-PLAN/IKSh: Overview of the MATRA Project

10.05 – 10.15: Addressing by the Ambassador of The Netherlands in Albania Mr. Henk van den Dool

10.15 – 10.30: Speech by IHS Deputy Director  - Mr. Jan Franzen – Announcing the official start of the joint Master program and relation with courses under MATRA

10.30 -10.45: Addressing by the Rector of POLIS University – Dr. Besnik Aliaj

10.45  -10.50: Word of representative from students participating in the MATRA courses

10.50 – 11.10: Delivery of Certificates

11.10 – 11.15: Closing of the ceremony (at the final stage in sign of recognition for all the support a student from Polis Design School will give to the ambassador his art work (an installation).

11.15 – 12.15: Cocktail at MoTown Canteen (on the way to the Canteen we can visit also a photo exhibition by a assistant lecturer of Polis University).

Information for Master Students

We inform all the Master students that at the end of the Program before getting the Master diploma it’s required  a proven/certified knowledge of English language (preferably above 70%), including:

• Cambridge ESOL- University of Cambridge Examinations

•  IELTS - International English Language Testing System

• TOEFL – Test of English as a Foreign Language

• TOEIC- Test of English for International Communication

• Michigan –Test

• PTE General – Pearson Test of English General

(He is a management consultant in the Netherlands and staff member on creative city planning at POLIS University. He publishes on the creative cities,  the relation between the built environment and psychology, in connection with organizational change management.)

We inform you that after the forum, there will be a Polis bus for the transport.

Opening ceremony of the Master Program

We are pleased to announce that on November 19th, IHS, U_POLIS & Co-PLAN  will organize the opening ceremony of the Master Program and deliver the  certificates for the first participants of the MATRA courses. The ceremony  will be attended by the Ambassador of Netherlands in Tirana (to be  confirmed), the IHS Deputy Director, the Rector of U_POLIS and the Co-PLAN  Director.

 Considering such event as extremely important, we intend to optimize your  presence at POLIS by re-scheduling the course of Philosophy on the same  weekend, hence you won’t need to come two weekends consecutively. Therefore  we propose that the course instead of the previous dates 25-27 November,  shall take place on 18-20 November, starting on Friday 18th, 12.30 hrs!

 The syllabus of the course and the schedule of the ceremony will be sent to  you in due time.

 P.S The lessons will be held: Friday 12.30-17.00

                                       

                              Saturday 9.00-17.00

                              Sunday   9.00-17.00

Lectures Schedule
